- I bought this particular model for tracing illustrations conveniently via the USB cable. I especially love the fact that I can use it even during a thunderstorm or power breakdown by connecting to a power bank. By placing the lightpad on a small crafts table I can even move in my office chair around it. This makes it easy to trace from comfortable angles.
As a professional illustrator and designer I have used my lightpad regularly for nearly two years now. This is one of the best pieces of equipment I have bought for my work. What is even more wonderful is that I bought it on-line without even seeing the actual product.
I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a light weight, easy to use lightpad without being tied to a power outlet. In fact I have even recommended the product on my website.

- I plugged my light pad into a 5000 mah portable power bank charger and it powers on! I assume I can get a few hours out of it. it is very portable when you take it out.

- I used the light pad for about 10 months, then the DC plug was pulled out, I am disappoointed. But luckily, Huion send me a replacement soon after I contacted them. Hope Huion make improvement on product hardware. Service is good though!!

- This light box is extremely light and bright. It surprise me so much. My old light box is big, thin and a little heavy. And this little light box weighs almost nothing. Easy to control the bright only by touching the power switch. I would consider to buy a bigger model from Huion in the future.

- I have used other kind of light box for years which is called Artograph. It is a little heavy and thick. It looks really like a box. So I would like to find a new one. I found this new light box and was curious about it's quality, so I purchase a cheapest model for the first try. When I received my package, I think this kind of product should change it's name. This should be a light pad. It is really thin and flat. Also very light and bright. Amazing product for me. I think I would get a bigger one such as A2 in the future, because this L4S light pad is small. Anyway, worth it! !!

- I bought this for my little daughter who is really into drawing. The adjustable brightness is great! Easy to set up, store and move around. Perfect size for a 5 year old girl.

- Got it as a light box for tracing art etc. Works well for viewing x-rays too. Brightness is adequate and the work surface area is large enough for A4 work. Brightness is controllable by how long you press on the touch sensitive switch. Cheapest light box ever! Get one if you are looking for a light box, its flat enough to be put on an inclined drawing table without much difficulty.
